Warhammer 8th Edition looms...

So here we go. I'm about 36 hours away from the beginning of the 8th edition kickoff weekend. The events are planned, the armies are ready, and the books available. Too bad I am not.

I still have a lot of rules I need to learn and am iffy on terrain. Worse case, I will see five wood elf armies and the game will slow and painful and I will cry. Like this little a little girl. Or that dude from Dawson's Creek. Yeah him...

Anyway, It's going to be a glorious weekend. I will have something like two hours to learn the rules tomorrow before  the game starts, and it looks to be a crash course in getting shit done. At least I know the basic rules, so I should be able to get shit started and flubber around the rest of the game. 

I guess I should probably get to the store tonight and re-read the rules. That will help, right?
