Joomla...FAIL!

So I've been working on a buddy's site for a while now. Nothing fancy, just working on getting something together, as he had nothing. Musicians need websites. Well his hosting company allows for Joomla, which I thought would be fantastic.

Holy shit, was I wrong! This has been a battle every step of the way. He wants/needs the site up badly, and I can understand that, but damn it's a constant war, and I've been losing every one of the battles. Even something as easy as a simple menu navigation piece.

I thought Joomla would make my life easier. The time I've spent with Joomla, I could have created my own site. Who's the loser now?
