Addiction

Addiction is defined as "the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma."

Gmail is acting funny. No big deal right? WRONG! Not being able to connect to Gmail really messed up my flow. Instead of just rolling along, I find myself continuously hittin' the refresh button, trying to contact people I rarely talk too on chat to see if they are having issues, messing with my phone (Android) trying to see if I can get email on my device.

I think the term Addiction describes me right now. I am addicted to Gmail.

God I need a life!
